Conceived as a space for dialogue rather than display, Versace Embodied is an ongoing series that explores authorship, intimacy and creative conviction beyond the logic of campaigns. Chapter Two, unveiled in January 2026, deepens this long term cultural framework through new voices and practices.

At the core of Versace Embodied is a clear shift in emphasis. The project privileges process over outcome, exchange over image, and lived experience over visual uniformity. Instead of reinforcing a predefined aesthetic, Versace positions itself as a cultural interlocutor, allowing artists to engage with the House from within their own disciplines. Fashion functions here as a shared language rather than a central subject.

This approach was introduced with Chapter One in September 2025, setting the series as an open structure unfolding over time through independent practices, from Camille Vivier and Andrea Modica to Steven Meisel, Collier Schorr and Eileen Myles.

Chapter Two extends that logic by expanding the collective while preserving autonomy and dialogue. New contributions arrive from Drake Carr, Liv Liberg, Jeff Mermelstein, Momo Okabe and Doug Ordway, spanning drawing, photography and archive. Each work stands on its own, yet remains linked by shared concerns around the body, intimacy and presence. Rather than moving towards closure, Versace Embodied defines the House through accumulation, time and creative exchange, with Chapter Two.
