An immersive exhibition at Museo Patio Herreriano celebrates the daring imagination of David Delfín, whose poetic, subversive approach to fashion still resonates across clothes, art, and performance, coinciding with the premiere of the documentary ‘David Delfín. Muestra tu herida’ at Seminci.

The idea of transit that anchors the exhibition evokes change and impermanence, recalling David Delfín’s 2003 collection ‘Déménagement’, where garments embodied displacement and renewal. Here, his iconic silhouettes, accessories, and collaborative works appear suspended between memory and movement, inviting viewers to experience his universe anew.
The project coincides with the premiere of the documentary ‘David Delfín. Muestra tu herida’, directed by César Vallejo de Castro, Ángela Gallardo Bernal and Rafael Muñoz Rodríguez, presented within Seminci. Exhibition and film complement each other by tracing a portrait that is both intimate and conceptual, attentive to Delfín’s crossings between fashion, art, performance and the body as a place of vulnerability, resistance and beauty.

David Delfín. In Transit remains on view at the Museo Patio Herreriano until January 11th.
