Adolfo Dominguez, the founder of the Galician brand with the same name, has three daughters, two of whom hold key positions in their father’s business.

Adriana took over as executive chair in 2020, directly replacing her father. She has focused on innovation, sustainability, rejuvenating the target audience and internationalisation, transforming the corporate structure, and consolidating the family legacy in Spanish fashion. She has led a profound reorganisation of the firm, promoting modernisation, sustainability, gender parity in management, without leaving behind international expansion.

On the other hand, Tiziana Domínguez is the youngest daughter. She studied Fashion Design at Parsons School in New York and joined the company in 2011, leading the firm’s creative direction since 2019 until taking a break in 2022 to focus on her artistic side, after which she returned in 2025 as Design Director. Promoting a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and a creative approach based on authenticity and diverse representation, championing craftsmanship and responsible fashion.

This conjunction has radically changed the brand´s perception and growth, reaching its Zenith by re-taking the catwalk after 14 years, with a collection so-called. The Crystal Gallery of the Cibeles Palace in Madrid hosts Adolfo Domiguez´s unisex designs in natural and earth-tone colours. With sophisticated contrasts in different salmon hues and yellow tones in bags and shoes.

A minimalistic yet deconstructed style prevails, somehow remaining elegant, which gives the modern touch to it. Delicate transparencies and layered fits add narrative and depth to the collection by restoring to the combination of linen, cotton, natural leather and cupro, with experimental fabrics and patterns that seek to enhance the movement and fluidity of the garments.

Incredibly abundant yet soft natural light descended from the glass ceiling, caressing the models and evoking the perfect ambience for this aesthetic the brand is curating. The pace and the peace backstage were comforting, models were laughing and entertaining distended conversations while everything was put together. Just in the last moments before the show, the nerves were building up, later ending up in a hectic movement when the final line-up for the carousel was all mixed up and turned upside down.
