The intimacy of London and Berlin nightlife, crowded dance floors, physical contact and the chemistry between strangers come together in ‘TOUCH’, a unisex fragrance by Roelen Perfume and LN-CC.

The night leaves traces that go beyond memory. But can the warmth of bodies, the smell of skin and the fleeting intimacy of strangers be captured in a fragrance? Roelen Perfume and London concept store LN-CC explore this idea with ‘TOUCH’, a limited edition Eau de Parfum inspired by the underground club cultures of London and Berlin.

The collaboration brings together London’s UK garage, house and drum and bass heritage with Berlin’s queer club scene, where darkness, music and physical proximity shape the experience. For David Roelen, whose fragrance house launched in 2019, the project also builds on a longstanding relationship with LN-CC, one of his earliest retail partners.

The idea is simple: a perfume that demands closeness. Rather than filling a room, ‘TOUCH’ stays near the skin, revealing itself through physical contact. As Roelen explains, «It is not a perfume you notice from across the room. Someone has to come close to find it.»

Created with perfumer Edip G. Kumral, the fragrance opens with grapefruit and ginger, followed by a warm, milky heart of ylang ylang and sage. Frankincense and musk complete the composition, adding smoky depth and a sensual, skin-like quality. Available through Roelen Perfume, ‘TOUCH’ evokes the intimacy of a crowded dance floor, where strangers move together and fleeting encounters leave traces on the skin.
