Dilara Findikoglu’s Fall 2025 collection, Venus in Chaos, redefines femininity through rebellion, sensuality, and craftsmanship. In a post-patriarchal vision, she fuses destruction and beauty, challenging conventional fashion and power structures.
Presented at Slimelight, London’s iconic goth club, the collection embraced a raw yet poetic aesthetic. Dilara Findikoglu brought her vision to life as Lara Stone opened in a black patent snakeskin corset jacket and matching pencil skirt, exuding fierce, goddess-like energy. Leather, lace, metal, and appliqué combined to create striking contrasts between aggression and delicacy.
Findikoglu’s provocative designs featured deep V-cut jeans, barely-there shorts, corseted tailoring, and sheer mesh dresses encrusted with safety pins and shells. Some models carried worn Converse sneakers—symbols of defiant survival. The final look, a sculpted flesh-toned leather piece hand-tattooed by Whitaker Malem, embodied transformation and resilience.
Beyond aesthetics, Venus in Chaos is a manifesto. Findikoglu envisions fashion as a space for resistance and imagination, where femininity is mystical and ungovernable. “The gravity of patriarchal oppression is countered by the power of conviction and the lightness of imagination,” she stated.
