Los Angeles meets Paris in an immersive installation where fashion, art and counterculture merge under the creative direction of Arnaud Selve.

A raw, electric dialogue between streetwear, art and sound unfolded inside the Centre Pompidou in Paris, where Pull&Bear unveiled its latest collaboration with Los Angeles-based label PLEASURES. Presented as part of Because Beaubourg, the event celebrated the museum’s final year before its renovation, transforming its industrial architecture into a space charged with rhythm, light and movement under the creative direction of Arnaud Selve.

The PLEASURES x STWD capsule embodies a fascination with contrasts — urban and rural, raw and refined, analog and digital. “The collection was inspired by our home, Los Angeles. The vastness of the beach, the desert, the mountains and everything in between,” explained the brand’s founders, capturing the clash of natural and cultural forces that shape their visual world. Selve translated this tension into an immersive spatial experience, blending sculptural installations and light sequences that echoed the Pompidou’s experimental energy.

Presented on October 24 as part of a two-day celebration organised with Because Music, the event brought together designers, artists and key figures from the creative scene for a weekend of concerts and installations. Beyond a product launch, the presentation marked a defining moment for Pull&Bear, positioning the Spanish brand within the conversation between fashion and contemporary art while reaffirming its connection to youth culture and experimentation.

A fusion of Western motifs, grunge undertones and graphic energy, the collaboration channels both brands’ restless spirit into a capsule that feels simultaneously nostalgic and forward-looking, a visual rhythm spanning from the streets of L.A. to the corridors of the Pompidou.
