Florence Tétier and Adriana Manso melt plastic into fantasy once again. With Tétier x La Manso 2.0, flowers decay beautifully, resin blooms turn alien, and kitsch slips effortlessly into couture territory.

When Florence Tétier and Adriana Manso first linked up for 2023’s Queens of Plastic, the result felt like a dream of hyperpop jewelry and instantly everywhere on the internet. Now the duo are back with Tétier x La Manso 2.0, a second chapter that takes the cult collaboration’s candy coated universe and pushes it into more sophisticated territory without losing its playful bite.
The duo went deeper into the lab for this follow up, using natural flowers as the starting point for a new visual language. By scanning blooms at different stages of maturation, they developed fresh textures and subtler chromatic shifts, translating organic decay and floral softness into the pair’s signature plastic fantasia. The result is a collection that feels like wearable biomorphic art made up of glossy petals frozen mid bloom, resin surfaces warped into almost alien forms, and plastic elevated to something unexpectedly precious.
The collaboration also arrives at a pivotal moment for both designers. Since stepping away from Jean Paul Gaultier in 2025, Tétier has returned to a more autonomous, experimental practice, while Manso continues to expand her Barcelona based empire of ironic, high fashion plasticity through La Manso. While the collaboration continues both designers’ fascination with plastic as a material, La Manso’s broader practice increasingly engages with recycled and bio based alternatives, reflecting the brand’s ongoing experimentation with more sustainable material innovation. Together, they remain fashion’s reigning queens of transforming the kitsch into the covetable.
