From industrial uniforms to streetwear and back again, a new collaboration traces how workwear continues to change without losing its functional roots.

Long before workwear entered the vocabulary of street style, its forms responded to movement, resistance and everyday use. Durable fabrics, reinforced seams, practical pockets and loose silhouettes created a visual language whose appeal eventually travelled far beyond its original context. That evolution is the starting point for the first collaboration between Dickies and Pull&Bear, bringing more than a century of American workwear heritage into a contemporary urban wardrobe.
For FW26, the collection follows that transformation through three ideas: the classic uniform reconsidered through proportion, denim as a material shaped by wear and time, and the point at which workwear becomes streetwear. Industrial references meet relaxed silhouettes, graphic elements and sportswear influences.
At its centre is the Worker jacket, one of Dickies’ most recognisable pieces, reworked in red, mustard and cow print. Straight cut denim comes in washes from light blue to deep indigo, alongside utility bermuda shorts, striped shirts, knitwear, sweatshirts and graphic T shirts. For women, the uniform shifts towards a late nineties and 2000s sensibility with wide low and mid rise trousers, baby tees, miniskirts, fitted tops and structured jackets.

Available from October 1 online and in selected stores, the collaboration presents workwear as a language in constant circulation, designed for utility, absorbed by subculture and continually rewritten through fashion.
