Bonpoint and Maison Kitsuné reimagine kidswear with a playful twist

Parisian heritage label Bonpoint joins forces with Maison Kitsuné for a charming collaboration. Titled Cherry Planning, the capsule draws on the fleeting beauty of cherry blossom season, tracing a soft, poetic line between Paris and Tokyo. Here, Bonpoint’s refined, almost ceremonial approach to childrenswear is loosened by Maison Kitsuné’s irreverent edge, resulting in a collection that embraces playfulness without losing its sense of craft.

As a mom who wears a lot of Maison Kitsuné with a Bonpoint loving daughter, I’m all about this collab. Designed for newborns through to 14-year-olds, the collection balances clean silhouettes with thoughtful detailing. All-over cherry and fox prints, poplin stripes, and embroidered patches bring a sense of movement and lightness, while maintaining the elevated finish both houses are known for. In the baby range, soft cotton and jersey essentials from the Timi pajama to printed T-shirts are punctuated by an exclusive Cherry Fox motif, adding a subtle sense of storytelling to everyday pieces.

For older children, the offering leans into a reworked preppy wardrobe. Striped shirts, shirt dresses, workwear jackets, and gabardine separates are given a gentle twist, merging Bonpoint’s timeless codes with Maison Kitsuné’s playful visual language. Accessories, including caps, tote bags, and belt bags, extend the universe, alongside a Cherry Fox plush toy that captures the spirit of the collaboration in its most literal form. Every detail, down to the exclusive co-branded logo and custom packaging, reinforces the dialogue between the two houses one rooted in Parisian tradition, the other shaped by a Paris–Tokyo duality.

The Cherry Planning capsule will be available from March 31 in Bonpoint and Maison Kitsuné boutiques and online.
